Design
After the initial consultation and site survey, we produce preliminary sketches of possible designs. Then, after discussion with the client, when the design style is agreed, we develop the plan into a draft masterplan. This is presented for approval before the final copy is produced.
We provide one colour copy and two black and white copies of the design at a suitable scale, usually 1:50 (although further copies can be requested). Our design fee is payable on delivery of the masterplan. As a guide, the price for a small garden design starts at
£500 and an average size garden would start at £750. These prices vary from
garden to garden.
