Planning Applications
Current planning requirements often suggest Landscape Proposals be included with the overall application. We can take your existing site drawings and add the required landscape information. You can then submit to the Local Planning Authority for a complete application or we can submit them on your behalf.
Lighting
To make best use of your new garden why not let us design and install a comprehensive lighting system. Pick out your focal points or accent certain plants – uplight or graze a wall, highlight a path – the possibilities for evening use are endless and we can incorporate the lighting within the overall design, creating an integrated and bespoke system tailored just for you. It can even be controlled remotely and change colour depending on your mood.
Construction Drawings
After the final presentation masterplan is produced we can, if you are instructing your own contractors, provide construction drawings, material specifications and relevant additional information to make sure that your contractors construct your garden to our specification. These drawings are charged in addition to our masterplan design.
Project Management
We will happily project manage your site to ensure the design is built correctly. Our project manager will visit the site throughout the build and act as intermediary as and when required. We check construction methods, quality and general site cleanliness and will ensure the client is informed of any changes or modifications as necessary.
Bespoke Features
Using our experience and contacts we can source any specialist items from sculptures and water features to seating and one-off, hand cut paving to make your garden truly unique. We can usually obtain substantial discounts for these items.
